1. Description of Service

Baby Futures provides a just-for-fun platform for people to create baby prediction pools and invite friends and family to submit guesses. We do not guarantee the accuracy of predictions, scoring, availability, or results, and the service is not medical advice.

You may not use Baby Futures to organize, promote, collect money for, or administer any wager, buy-in, cash prize, raffle, lottery, sweepstakes, or other gambling or prize scheme.

2. Payments and Refunds

Creating a pool requires a one-time payment of $4.99. All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Guests may participate in pools for free without creating an account.

3. Acceptable Use and Content

You agree not to use Baby Futures for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purpose. You remain responsible for content you submit, including custom questions, display names, guesses, and well wishes, and you confirm that you have the right to share it.

Our Community Standards explain prohibited content and behavior. We do not pre-screen every submission. After a report or when we detect risk, we may review, hide, remove, preserve, or restrict content, accounts, or pools. We may not be able to share investigation details or guarantee a particular outcome.

4. Unlisted Links and Privacy

A pool may be described as unlisted, but anyone who receives its share link may be able to open it. You are responsible for sharing pool links only with intended participants and for avoiding unnecessary sensitive or medical information.

5. Limitation of Liability

Baby Futures is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
