Family-friendly participation

Community Standards

Baby pools are shared celebrations. Treat every family, guest, and cohost with care, and submit only content you have the right to share.

Last updated: September 4, 2026

Baby Futures is a just-for-fun prediction game. It may not be used to run wagers, buy-ins, cash prizes, raffles, lotteries, or other gambling or prize schemes. Points and promotional credits have no cash value.

Be kind and keep it family-friendly

Friendly competition is welcome. Harassment, bullying, threats, hateful conduct, targeted humiliation, sexual content, or graphic violence is not. Do not use guesses, custom questions, display names, or well wishes to attack or embarrass another person.

Protect privacy and consent

  • Do not publish someone else's address, phone number, health information, financial information, credentials, or other sensitive data.
  • Do not impersonate another person or misrepresent your relationship to a family or pool.
  • Do not post photos, names, or private family details unless you have permission to share them.
  • Remember that anyone who receives an unlisted pool link may be able to open it; share links only with intended participants.

Do not abuse the service

Spam, scams, fraud, malware, attempts to bypass access controls, illegal activity, coordinated disruption, and automated scraping or bulk messaging are prohibited. Do not use Baby Futures to advertise, solicit money, or organize a wager or prize contest.

How moderation works

Hosts can hide responses and block known guest identities in their pools using Safety & reports in the native apps. Basic text checks reject some objectionable submissions; they are not a complete moderation system. Baby Futures does not pre-screen every submission, but we may review content or account activity after a report or when we detect a risk. Depending on the circumstances, we may hide or remove content, restrict participation, suspend an account, disable a pool, preserve records, or contact relevant authorities when required by law.

We consider context, severity, repetition, and risk of harm. We may not be able to share investigation details or the action taken, and we cannot guarantee that every disagreement violates these standards.

Report a concern

Use Safety & reports in a native pool, the report control on the relevant guest pool page, or email support@commascale.com. Describe what happened without repeating sensitive information. If you believe we made a mistake, use the same address to request a review and explain why.
